From the moment I met Bam and Mark and heard about their plans, I was as excited about their wedding as they were. The venue, The Victorian Barn in Blandford, sounded like a photographer’s dream; set in a gorgeous landscape, tons of country charm and tastefully decorated… in fact they had me at fairy lights.

Bam, originally being a Cornish girl, managed to throw a bit of her heritage into the mix. I absolutely loved the hidden fairy doors that had magically appeared on the Barn’s skirting boards, I wonder if they’re still there?

What I loved most about this couple is how they like to break the mould a little bit, Mark defied convention and had two best men and when Bam told me that they planned to do the ‘Robototron’ (a dance to a thrash metal song), I was in total admiration of them for doing their wedding their way and not conforming to the norm. I have to admit that was pretty awesome but the highlight for me was the impromptu trampolining.

In all it was an amazing day and a stunning wedding and I felt very lucky to be a part of it.
